Consultation Procedure
(1) Please consult your regular physician or another hospital.

(2) As well as obtaining a referral letter from your regular physician or other hospital, please make an appointment with this hospital.
↓
(3) Please bring your referral letter on the day of your appointment and come to the reception desk marked [10. New Patients].
(As a general rule, we request that patients who do not speak Japanese bring someone to interpret for them while attending this hospital as an outpatient)
What you will need when being seen at this hospital for the first time
- Your health insurance card, beneficiary certificate, or other medical card (senior beneficiary certificate, Physical Disability Certificate, etc.)
- A referral letter (treatment information form) from another medical institution (hospital, clinic, health center, etc.)
In order to ensure that we can provide advanced specialist medical care, this hospital requires that new patients have both a referral and an appointment. Accordingly, if you are being seen for the first time, please ensure that you bring a referral letter (treatment information form) from another medical institution.
*Referral letter (treatment information form): This is a document issued by a physician when referring a patient to another physician. It provides such information as the symptoms, diagnosis, and treatment.
Departmental Consultation Hours for New Patients
- The new patient reception desk (for patients being seen at this hospital for the first time) and the reception machines open at 08:00, but the reception desks for individual clinical departments open at 08:30, as a general rule.
- Please note that the information below regarding reception desk hours and days on which each clinical department sees patients may change without notice.
